Adega de Pegoes red is a blend of Castelao, Aragonez and Alicante Bouschet grapes from the Setubal costal region of Portugal. Aromas of dark cherry and blackberry, palate is medium body and off dry with lovely ripe dark fruits, soft tannins and some spice notes on the juicy finish. Nothing complicated about the wine but very enjoyable for everyday drinking pairs well with pizza or tomato based pasta or cheese.
