Rodrigo Mendez Cies Albarino 2022 (Rias Baixas)

Coming from very old vines and aged in very used oak barrels. Aromas of lemon zest, pineapple and floral notes. Dry and high acidity with great structure and a salty twist, long complex finish.

Benito Santos Godello 2023 (Monterrei)

The vines are over 25 years old hand harvested and fermented in stainless steel. The wine is then aged on fine lees for 3 months. Explosive nose full of white flowers & tropical fruit, with a bit of honey and a grassy herbacious undertone. The palate is fruity and fresh with a good mouth presence from the ageing on lees. Fresh mineral with a lovely dry finish. 

Cesar Marquez Salvacion 2022 (Bierzo)

This wine is made from 100% old vine Godello, aged in French oak. Aromas of yellow apple, yellow plums and a bit of flint. Palate is dry, and rounded with zippy acidity and great structure, a saline note on the long finish, superb.
